How long will it take to build my website?
Project timelines depend on the scope of work, but typically, a custom website can take between 4 to 8 weeks to complete. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the timeline. I'll work with you to set realistic deadlines and keep you informed throughout the process.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I require a 10% non-refundable deposit before starting any project. This ensures your spot on my schedule and commits us to the project. The deposit will be applied to the total project cost.
Can I make changes to the design during the project?
Yes, revisions are a normal part of the design process. I will include several revisions in the proposal for each phase. Additional revisions beyond what is agreed upon may incur additional charges, which will be discussed with you upfront.
What happens after the website is launched?
Once your website is launched, you have the option to manage it yourself or continue to work with me for ongoing maintenance. I offer post-launch support, including site updates, content management, SEO optimisation, and troubleshooting as needed.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely! Every website I design is fully responsive, meaning it will look and function great on all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Do you offer SEO services?
Yes, SEO is an integral part of my design process. I ensure that all websites I build are optimised for search engines, including using appropriate keywords, meta tags, and alt text. Do you provide content, or do I need to supply it?

Can I make updates to the website after it's finished?
Yes, if you prefer to manage your website yourself, I can provide training on how to make updates. I typically build websites on user-friendly platforms like Squarespace, which makes it easy for clients to make changes without needing technical expertise.
